MEAL FREQUENCY

I tought i was supossed to eat 6 meals a day to increase my metabolism. What’s the deal? some people believe that if you eat more frequently, you’ll increase your metabolism more often throughout the day, and if you don’t eat as often, your metabolism will  decrease. However , studies have shown that you’ll burn the same number of calories eating 6 meals a day as you do eat 2 meals per day. in other words, it’s your total calorie intake that matters, not how you divide those meals throughout the day.
